EMR Elevators had an outdated website that no longer reflected the quality or credibility of the business. The original site functioned more like a basic blog than a modern company website, making it difficult for users to quickly understand the company’s services or take action. The project involved a full redesign and rebuild in Webflow, along with updated messaging, expanded content, improved visuals, and clearer calls-to-action throughout the site.
EMR Elevators’ previous website no longer reflected the professionalism, growth, or capabilities of the business. Originally built in 2015 on WordPress, the site had become visually outdated and lacked the structure and clarity expected from an established company. Important information was difficult to find, the content hierarchy was weak, and inconsistent messaging limited the site’s ability to communicate credibility and encourage conversions.
The design also failed to showcase the company’s recent partnerships, expanded services, and overall business growth. Combined with minimal calls-to-action, limited supporting imagery, and an outdated visual presentation, the website no longer aligned with EMR Elevators’ reputation in the industry.
The project involved a full redesign and rebuild in Webflow with a focus on clarity, usability, and stronger visual communication.
The website structure was reorganized to create a cleaner content flow and simplify navigation, while existing copy was rewritten and expanded to improve readability and better communicate the company’s services and expertise.
Additional imagery and updated information from a recent partnership media kit were incorporated throughout the site to strengthen credibility and create a more polished, professional presentation. Strategic calls-to-action were also introduced across key pages to improve user pathways and encourage conversions.
Special attention was given to responsive behavior to ensure the experience translated effectively across desktop and mobile devices.
The new homepage is a major improvement because it shifts from simply describing the company to actively guiding visitors toward trust and action.
The old site functioned more like an informational brochure — text-heavy, difficult to scan, and focused primarily on the company itself. The new site is customer-centered. It immediately communicates EMR’s value with a clear message (“We Keep Your Elevators Running — Without the Runaround”) and quickly addresses the frustrations property managers commonly face, such as slow service, surprise charges, and poor communication.
The redesign also builds trust much faster through:
From a usability standpoint, the new homepage is far easier to scan and navigate. Information is organized into clear sections with stronger visual hierarchy, making it easier for users to find services, locations, and next steps quickly — especially on mobile devices.
Most importantly, the new site works as a conversion tool rather than just an online presence. It strategically leads visitors through:
Overall, the redesign elevates EMR’s perceived professionalism, differentiates the company from larger competitors, and creates a much more effective experience for generating trust and leads.

The redesign provided EMR Elevators with a stronger digital presence that more accurately reflected the company’s professionalism, growth, and industry reputation. The final product improved usability across devices, strengthened visual credibility, and created clearer pathways for users to engage with the business.
The updated website also delivered a more strategic presentation of the company’s services, partnerships, and expertise while improving overall communication and conversion opportunities. With a cleaner structure and more scalable foundation, the site is now better positioned to support the company as it continues to grow and evolve.
